‘Add Rooms’ View:

1. Add a Room by clicking the New Page or the New blue button and type in the Room name proceeded by the Job name
2. Chose the Room(s) name (this may seem redundant, but it will help in other areas of he app)

‘Phases’ View:

Break Rooms Into Phases (based on the weekly or monthly cabinet quantity you can produce)

1. Choose a Phase for each room
2. Enter a number in the Sort field (the first room in the first phase would be 1.1, the first room in the second phase would be 2.1)
3. Link to the Project Data (I’m not sure this is still relevant)
4. Click outside the pop up once to exit the edit process, click outside the pop up a second time to close the pop up

‘Schedule Delivery’ View:

Initially you will put the same date in both the Proposed Delivery Date field and the Actual Delivery Date field, with the knowledge that the Actual Delivery Date is a dynamic date, and will more than likely (almost certainly) change, and change multiple times based on the Projects progression.

1. Enter the agreed upon Proposed Delivery Date
2. Enter the same date in the Actual Delivery Date, and change as you receive feedback from your monthly or weekly Project Status updates
