The objective is to use this area to keep on top of ANYTHING that could potentially hold the job up (e.g., Appliance Specifications, Selections, Scheduling Meetings, Payments, etc.). The word elicitations simply means to draw out or produce something, such as information, opinions, or emotions. Your clients DO NOT know how important the Selections process is, nor how critical getting the Appliance Specifications is, or that these things will slow their project down, or delay it for days, weeks or even months, so we must educate/inform them.
You must put emphasis on getting this information, and inform them of the consequences of delays getting this information.
