This is more of an informational page rather than a page you will use to do things. It describes the sequence of events involved in using this app, but most of the things described are done from the Projects page for a particular project if you are working with a client, or from the Procedures page if you are working alone. The primary exceptions are adding Companies or Contacts prior to a Project being involved (Companies and People you want to work for, but no particular Project can be identified and targeted at the time you enter their information).

Systems Advocate
You need a Systems Advocate who flourishes in a culture of documentation. This person should be inherently tidy, someone who thrives on organization (everything has a place, and everything is in its place). Your Systems Advocate should:
- Manage the implementation and use of Custom Cabinet Planner
- Manage Project Status for ALL Projects (checking on the stage your projects are at each and EVERY week)
- Manage the Delivery Schedule (moving projects around based on the feedback he receives about each Project’s Status)
- Oversee the self-managing Production Schedule
- Manage Punch Lists
- Manage Call Backs
- Lead a portion of your morning meeting, talking about how your systemization process is going, and what’s next
This Team Member needs the Decision Rights (ownership) to do what you are asking them to do. They don’t necessarily need the authority to fire someone, although that might be helpful, but they do need the authority to recommend the separation of Team Members who will not work within the system. Team Members who sabotage the system should be terminated post-haste (same-day service).
Features to exploit are:
- Single Source of Truth (Everything about your projects in one place, accessible from your PC, Tablet, or Smartphone).
- A Second Brain (A repository for all the things you need to know, remember, do, etc.).
- Mini CRM (Companies and Contacts).
- Sales Pipeline (Accessed from the Companies page, push those Suspects through your sales pipeline until they are customers).
- Ballpark Estimates (Accessed from a Project page, pre-qualify Prospects before you commit large chunks of your precious time to them).
- Selections (Accessed from the Selections portal on the Project page, gather the information you will need to enter into your Estimating software).
- Production Schedule (Accessed from Rooms, allows you to push/pull your Projects through the sequence of events required to produce your product).
