The objective is to manage the Jobsite Status. Managing the Jobsite Status will bring more peace to your life than almost anything else you can do. We should not count on our Clients (especially Builders, Remodelers or their Superintendents) to keep us apprised of how the jobsite is coming along. We need to be proactive, and ASK for updates frequently.

Early on in the process, a monthly update is probably sufficient, but once you have field measured the project, you should be asking for weekly Jobsite Status updates. If you have to Shuffle Projects, the earlier you do so, the better, and managing the Jobsite Status will be the best indicator of the need to shuffle Projects by far.
