Creating and Linking Assessments

Instructions:

1. Type the forward slash (/)
2. Start typing Linked and you will see the Linked View of database option, choose that
3. Link to the appropriate Employees Assessment
4. If you have not already done the Assessment, you can do it from here

0 ⭐ = Does not posses Attribute, or could not do perform Skill if their life depended on it 1 ⭐ = Entry level Attribute/Skill, requires training and supervision 2 ⭐ = Apprentice level Attribute/Skill, requires supervision 3 ⭐ = Journeyman level Attribute/Skill, can work effectively without supervision 4 ⭐ = Master level of Attribute/Skill, but cannot effectively train others (seldom makes mistakes) 5 ⭐ = Manager has Master level of Attribute/Skill and can train others (hardly ever makes mistakes)

***To set your Max Pay Rate, click on the heading field, choose Edit Field, choose Edit to the right of Formula, and change the number.
