The goal of this app is that everyone knows the right next thing to do and is empowered to do it without overly explicit directions or overly detailed rules.
The objective of this page is to manage your Team Members, using Assessments to identify their pay level, and a path to increase their skills, therefore enabling you to pay them more, which will have the natural effect of high/long team retention.
The converse is also true, bad or weak players are identified quickly, and can be cut from your team before they cause long term damage.
The self assessment is almost aways very enlightening (the Team Member thinks they are strong where you think they are weak, and vice-versa).
