Creating and Linking Assessments

Instructions

  1. Duplicate the Assessment Template page and replace Assessment Template with the new Team Members name.
  2. Set/Edit your Max Pay Rate (click on the heading field, choose Edit Field, choose Edit to the right of Formula, and change the number).
  3. For each Attribute/Skill, choose a Level of Mastery (how well do they manifest this Skill/Attribute).
  4. Add any relevant Notes for future reference.

0 ⭐ = Does not posses Attribute, or could not do perform Skill if their life depended on it 1 ⭐ = Entry level Attribute/Skill, requires training and supervision 2 ⭐ = Apprentice level Attribute/Skill, requires supervision 3 ⭐ = Can work effectively without supervision 4 ⭐ = Full Mastery of Attribute/Skill, but cannot effectively train others (seldom makes mistakes) 5 ⭐ = Full mastery of Attribute/Skill and can train others (hardly ever makes mistakes)
